Finally, as a result of long delays because of our increased number of nicotine-free tests, we shall not be processing any new product orders until all of the nicotine level tests have already been successfully completed. This can typically take up to 8 weeks, however, we are doing precisely what we can to make certain we will be able to provide this service.
